Age Verification & Responsible Shipping
Primitive Road Estate strictly complies with all applicable state and federal laws governing the sale and shipment of wine. The purchase, receipt, and shipment of alcohol to minors is prohibited by law. You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order, and a valid adult signature is required at the time of delivery.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible. By completing your order, you certify under penalty of perjury that both you and the intended recipient are at least 21 years of age.
Failed Delivery & Redelivery
(21+) is required at delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package. Redelivery fees and any wine damage resulting from failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the recipient.
Temperature & Seasonal Shipping
Wine is perishable. During summer months (June–September) and winter cold snaps, we may delay shipments to prevent heat or freeze damage. We recommend shipping to a business address where someone is available to receive your order promptly.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your wine arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and bottles. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

How do I track my order?Â
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it on the carrier's website for real-time updates.
Can I pick up my order at the winery?
Contact us directly to arrange a will-call pickup if you're local to the Lake Chelan region.
What if my state isn't on the shipping list?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipment is not permitted. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $150 ship for free. Orders less than $150 ship for a flat fee of $19.
